Our most popular dish is our ramen noodle soup a combination of soy sauce-based soup and Daisen chicken,toppings include soft char siu that has been boiled in low-temperature cooking and tender menma’s tips(bamboo shoots).
In addition,we also offer Tsukemen(strong Daisen chicken flavors) and Niboshi soba made with niboshi soup stock .
